Of course, we can simply tackle your IT needs on a project basis if that best suits your business. Our support agreements are designed around you, and are structured in a simple tiered format:
Contracted Service Customers
Customers with a pre-determined number of annual service hours. The hours are yours to use as you see fit during our contracted period. Our contracts are designed to be flexible, allowing you to engage our services in just as unique a manner as your business.
- Tier 1: 100+ total annual hours. Billed at $135 per hour.
- Tier 2: 50-99 Hours Total. Billed at $145 per hour.
- Tier 3: 10-49 Hours Total. Billed at $155 per hour.
Non-Contract Customers
Work to be completed as needed, with no annual contract billed at $175 per hour

Regular preventative maintenance typically includes, but is - of course - not limited to:
